  3. Marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
  4. Grill steak on preheated grill (medium heat) for 4 to 5 minutes, turn steak and continue grilling for 3 to 5 minutes longer. You are looking for an internal temperature of 135°F. Steak should be golden brown and slightly charred.
  5. Set on plate, cover loosely with tinfoil and let rest for 4 minutes before serving
