  6. When proofed fry the donuts on a medium flame heat (20-30secs each side) or until desired brownness is achieved
  7. For the glaze, in a clean bowl, add the sugar, milk, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, melted butter, little amount of water and mix them all thoroughly until really smooth and glossy. Dip the fried donuts in the chocolate glaze and sprinkle some colourful sprinkles and dessicated coconut (optional)
